Reach Market Planning LLC conceived, facilitated and authored a successful $7.6 M Alberta Rural development fund grant including business plan development for 18 different business planning, capital improvements, and workforce development elements to create a Tourism Product Development Center operated by Canadian Badlands Ltd.
